Education is not just about the destination, it’s about every small learning moment along the way. In the same way, T-TESS is not an event, but rather a process that assists educators in all areas of teaching. The T-TESS cycle is designed to help teachers continuously improve.
This course will refresh educators on the T-TESS observations, triangle, and rubric. Responsive Learning carefully presents and explains all of the components of T-TESS and how educators can prepare for them. Through guided questions, educators will have the chance to reflect on their personal instructional practices. After completing this course, educators will be ready to confidently meet their T-TESS goals.

- How to re-evaluate T-TESS goals

I thought the course was a necessary refresher of the T-TESS process. I liked that it required responses to the reflective questions. It is pretty easy to put a training video on in the background and ignore it. The questions made sure teachers watched the videos and processed what they were watching. If we expect students to do it, we should do it too. It wasn’t the most exciting training, but it was informative.
