Description
Education is not just about the destination, it’s about every small learning moment along the way. In the same way, T-TESS is not an event, but rather a process that assists educators in all areas of teaching. The T-TESS cycle is designed to help teachers continuously improve.
This course will refresh educators on the T-TESS observations, triangle, and rubric. Responsive Learning carefully presents and explains all of the components of T-TESS and how educators can prepare for them. Through guided questions, educators will have the chance to reflect on their personal instructional practices. After completing this course, educators will be ready to confidently meet their T-TESS goals.
In this 1-hour course educators will learn:
- Components of T-TESS
- The T-TESS process
- The T-TESS rubric
- How to re-evaluate T-TESS goals

I understand the need to have teachers to keep getting more training as the school years moves along, but it seems in the past several years we are adding more than is really necessary for most of the teachers, and taking up valuable learning time for the students. I know we’re adding more and more non certified teachers, but for the teachers who have been around for a longer period of time, some seems to be extreme. It does help for good refreshers.
