I think that it is too long and we should have this before starting the school year. As new teacher, we have so many things to do, understand, procedures to follow, meetings to attend and class to prepare that spending more than 3 hours in this course just before being evaluated is a lot. We definitely need this training. However, I would have loved access it during summer time so I can have the time to process it, deeply reflect on it and have tools before starting the school year.
