I do like this training and the fact that I could do it at home but I would change 2 things from it. I would rather have a video that pauses during the observation and quickly gives us comments about what the appraiser was noticing. I also would change the part where they gave 3 5 minute questions in a row. Something happening on my first question and I could not complete the 1st question at all.
