    The training cleared up the process and questions I had about the evaluations. Also, the training provided lot of very helpful information about teaching.

    I think it is pretty good, but in my opinion the video example we watched is just not accurate anymore for typical classroom behavior. Students just don’t act like that anymore so its hard to watch an example like that where everything is going perfect when in reality its hard to keep these kids attention for just 10 mins straight without interruptions every 2 seconds.
