    The course was a great way to better understand the process and the reason for the process.

    It was lengthy. I understand it’s necessity when I can’t have the conversation with my evaluator or my team prior to the TTES but I’ve been out sick since this was assigned so it was cumbersome to complete.

    The information was concise and painted a clearer picture of the evaluation/appraisal process though so the work found within the lesson is sufficient.

    As with many courses, we should be able to take a pre-test to opt out of online trainings or should be able to attend a training in person, to review with a team of people in our own content area.
