    To many response questions. Very little info. If an evaluation system requires a 3 hour training, then your doing something wrong.

    I appreciated the “attitude” of the course as it encouraged us to see that T-TESS focuses on professional growth rather than simply a grade. Twice I experienced that my answers did not show after hitting “submit.” I learned to screenshot my answers before submitting them, so that I could re-enter them a second time. I sincerely appreciate that this training was offered during the summer and not during those first weeks of the schoolyear. That allowed me to take my time and enjoy the training.
