    I felt like this course provided clear information for teachers to understand in regards to the evaluation process in the classroom. Having a better understanding of what is expected from appraisers is beneficial and reassuring.

    If I did not have any understanding of the evaluation system and was fresh out of college and new to the world of education, this would have been somewhat useful. However, I found this training to be time wasting as I can easily read a rubric myself and quickly identify what is expected of me. I did not find it helpful and found the shapes at the end to be very elementary and a bit patronizing. I can see how this course would be beneficial, but for teachers with prior teaching experience, it was not necessary. I do appreciate the electronic format as opposed to a in person training.
