It gives you a good idea of what is done during the evaluation process and how you are rated. But, Im still not sure what the T-TESS looks like once its implemented. I would like there to be more information on SLO’s, how to determine these objectives and how the phases work during the SLO process. It would be nice to see a video showing the different phases of T-TESS like the pre-conference, observed observation and post conference.

I think this was a great resource to learn about the T-TESS process. The video of teachers giving feedback post-conference was especially educational. They had more experienced eyes and saw weaknesses that were not apparent to me as a new teacher.
