Presenter Bio
Andi McNair currently teaches Gifted and Talented students at a small rural school at Bosqueville ISD in Texas. She has been a teacher for over a decade, teaching 4th/5th grade math before moving into gifted education. As a parent of gifted children, she is a strong advocate for gifted education. She regularly speaks at TAGT (Texas Association for the Gifted and Talented) and other conferences, particularly sharing her passion for innovative education. Andi is married to her high school sweetheart. They have three children and live in Waco, TX.

This is a good training nut it doesn’t transfer very well to a middle school content course. The training itself has great ideas and resources but I really do think it is geared more for elementary.
