Description
Thankfully, there are things that both educators and parents can do to make sure students transition successfully to a gifted classroom.
In this 1-hour course, “Uncovering and Retaining Gifted Students: Advocating for Historically Underserved Students,” educators will learn strategies from Dr. Karen Zeske to teach students how to handle the challenges of a gifted classroom.
- review characteristics of student transition to more rigorous classrooms,
- explore the need for making a deliberate plan for each student entering a G/T program,
