Presenter Bio
Amy Willerson is currently a graduate student in the College of Education at the University of North Texas. Her research interests include artistic cognitive processes, arts integration, and arts based strategies in pedagogy. As a theatre arts educator, Amy designs curriculum and works with artists, educators, students, and administrators implementing arts-integration and arts curriculum in public, private, and non-profit schools and organizations.
Tara Nyikos, M.Ed., is currently a graduate student in the Department of Educational Psychology, College of Education, at the University of North Texas specializing in gifted education. Her research interests include social and emotional issues and twice exceptionality in gifted children, adolescents and adults.
