  1. Elsa – UNITED ISD (verified owner)

This sounds like a wonderful way to encourage those students who like to work independently and bring them into a more project based learning.

  2. Heather – PLANO ISD (verified owner)

I loved the topic and the information. I would like to be able to see more of it in action (her slides) as she spoke so I can get a better visual of what she’s discussing.

  3. Rebecca – NORTHSIDE ISD – SAN ANTONIO – REGION 20 (verified owner)

Andi does a detailed job explaining how to set up Genius Hour in a classroom.

  4. Sara – UNITED ISD (verified owner)

I truly loved this course for it gave me a better insight as to how I can guide my students to become problem solvers and how to research on ideas that they have a passion for. I will implement ideas given to me in this course.

  5. Jennifer – PLANO ISD (verified owner)

This was very helpful. I have watched different videos on genius hour but implementing and being consistent is the challenge. I leaned organizational tools and new online apps/programs for presentation and research. The presenter is very passionate about the topic and really inspired me to start thinking about my space for implementation. I most connected to how I can align this with our state standards and make it purposeful but still encourage creativity and passion.

  6. Genessa – SPRING ISD (verified owner)

Genius Hour sounds so exciting, and I really loved the diversity of projects she presented at the end.

  7. Heather – ECTOR COUNTY ISD (verified owner)

Very informative. Not sure if I will be able to implement it this year with the uncertainty of Covid but will definitely look into the idea of it working in my classroom.

  8. Michael – PROSPER ISD (verified owner)

GH would be a workable method for facilitating a GT class.

  9. Wendy – SCHERTZ-CIBOLO-U CITY ISD (verified owner)

I love the concept presented! I teach 2nd grade and don’t think I will be able to fully implement, but can adjust to the level of my kids.

  10. Camille – MCKINNEY ISD (verified owner)

    GREAT ideas
