Presenter Bio
Jennifer Leal is a Gifted and Talented Coordinator for Rockwall ISD. She has been in education for 28 years and still enjoys the diversity of working with students, teachers and parents each day. Jennifer won what she considers the lottery in education. While teaching in Arlington ISD, she was chosen by her faculty members to be challenged and developed in the world of literacy through an organization called The Learning Network. She was fortunate to be supported by Margaret Mooney, a prominent educator in the world, in the area of Reading and Writing. Jennifer also worked for the Learning Network from 2000-2005 under Margaret’s leadership as a facilitator for summer institutes. She recently received her Masters of Education.
