Technology is everywhere and for many teachers, understanding technology can be like trying to understand a new language. It can be difficult to learn, let alone know which tech tools are worth using in the classroom and how to use them. In “60 Tech Tools in 60 Minutes,” Dr. Housand gives us a crash course on tools that you can use in your classroom. It only takes an hour to figure out which tools you can use for your classroom. Just imagine being able to leverage one of these tech tools and what it can do for your classroom. Your students will get more out of their experience and your teaching career can be even more fulfilling!

  1. Elma – TULOSO-MIDWAY ISD (verified owner)

I thought it was very informative and suggested quite a few apps we could incorporate into our classrooms

  2. Rhonda – HALLSVILLE ISD (verified owner)

I liked the pacing, the information, the nuts & bolts of the tech tools and how they are useful in classrooms, especially for GT students. I liked how it was organized, as well.

  3. Monica – FAYETTE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS (verified owner)

Useful, but I would like different kinds of free and easy-to-use tech tools available.

  4. Timothy – DALLAS ISD (verified owner)

    helpful with many new tools

  5. Jenci – DALLAS ISD (verified owner)

It is very informational, gave me lots of ideas for the classroom.

  6. Sandra` – TULOSO-MIDWAY ISD (verified owner)

Too many items. Would have been more interesting with fewer items and a little more discussion about each one.

  7. Raquel – LAREDO ISD (verified owner)

It was a wonderful presentation. The pace of the presenter was great and kept me engaged throughout the presentation.

  8. Robert – DALLAS ISD (verified owner)

I really liked the ability to go and look at tools that are applicable to my class and move past ones that do not apply to my teaching. I found myself exploring tools that I will actually use instead of becoming bored having to sit through explanations of things that may only apply to elementary teachers instead of my high schoolers.

  9. Jack – DALLAS ISD (verified owner)

    Good course. Very helpful.

  10. Maria – LAREDO ISD (verified owner)

This course is very informative and provides many resources.
