Presenter Bio

John DeLandtsheer has been a leader in gifted education throughout California for over 30 years and is a recognized leader, author, and resource to teachers and administrators in the area of gifted and talented education. John has taught all grades, K-12. He was an elementary school principal for fourteen years and has taught in the Gifted and Talented Education Certificate Program through the University of California at Riverside for over twenty years. John works with hundreds of teachers each year providing instructional strategies, classroom demonstration lessons, administrative assistance and program analysis.

    Brain research is a topic of continues research now more then ever after the Covid. Since many kids have been affected and for the next few years or maybe from this point on the tools and resources used in the class room will not be the same. Season teachers that had adopted principals that attributed to high achevement has all but ended since kids are more focus about their own personal goal then those of what is expected by society for them.
