I love how thoughtful this presentation was. It has inspired myself to engage more with my students and want to try new and fun exciting things to allow them to come out of their shells to truly express themselves and want to be here at school. I feel a lot that I have learned can be mini-lessons throughout the year and things to come back and revisit and teach in the beginning of the year. Always build community and relationships in the classroom.
