While the format (speaker, moving slides, interspersed questions/reflections) is somewhat engaging, I am essentially being read a document. I would benefit significantly more from practical application. I would rather have the document in full and adjust a unit I already have to reflect stronger teaching strategies or reflect/self-assess based on the rubric.
