If you are able to take this course WITH your teaching team, that would be most beneficial. Completing this course independently makes it more challenging to discuss the learning with my team (as we are all at different points in the course). Also, I would have liked more guidance on how to apply this specifically to my content area. Working through this training as a team would allow for brainstorming of implementation.
