What good is a tool if we do not teach a child how to use it? If information is a tool, critical thinking skills are the key to making that information useful for our students. 1. LETICIA – SAN FELIPE-DEL RIO CISD (verified owner)

    Very informative; good pace

  2. Maria – CONROE ISD (verified owner)

This course was very informative. It provided great strategies to use in the classroom.

  3. Lauren – MARION CITY (verified owner)

I think this course is extremely biased towards “gifted learners”. Our gifted students abilities are only as good as they are been developed to be and our identification of gifted learners is not perfect. I have students identified as “special ed” but can out-think “gifted” students any day. And at the end of the day, our students all take the same state evaluations and must perform at the same level. Why are we holding certain students back…

  4. Lauren – PROSPER ISD (verified owner)

I really enjoyed this course. I was glad to hear of a few things that I am already doing some form of in my class. I felt reassured that I am helping kids to think creatively, and it was a good confirmation of what I feel is beneficial for my learners. I also learned several new strategies such as Take a Stand and the Vocabulary Builder that I would love to try.

  5. Tammy – MERCEDES ISD (verified owner)

    Great information.
