The course would be great face to face but there were several times when I really wanted to ask the presenter to clarify information but was unable to because this was online. The information presented contains multi faceted nuances for creating the lessons and I fell that this is better suited for a face to face interaction.

The universal topic of change seems so broad that it’s overwhelming for me as a beginner.
