I learned about the things that should be in a WEP and what things are not required to be in a WEP. I’m glad the district had the training because I felt like a blind person writing 9 WEP’s this year. Now I feel like I’m getting the necessary information.

This coarse helped me better understand the purpose, method, and requirements of a WEP. It also helped my understand that WEPs don’t just have to be a compliance document for a district. It can be so much more!

It’s a decent explanation of what a WEP is, but I don’t think it needed to be that long.
