Differentiation is a vital part of creating lessons that help all students grow, but teachers can get overwhelmed when they think they have to create an individualized lesson plan for each student. Presenter Bio

Jen Molitor’s ability to instantly connect with educators, administrators, parents, and students has led her to be a sought-after speaker in both the field of gifted education and teacher leadership. With 17 years in education, she has experience in grades K-5 and now serves as a Gifted Intervention Specialist and Instructional Coach at Clinton-Massie Elementary, a small, rural school in Clarksville, Ohio. She has the amazing ability to shift perspective from the overwhelm of state mandates to the fire within you that keeps you going. She reminds you that you still have power in the classroom to teach from your heart, to teach with the talents you already possess, and to see the gifts every day brings. She’s on a mission to change the face of education, so that great teachers will stay in the field of education and become mentors to the up and coming teachers of a new generation.

The presenter provided easy-to-follow steps in creating your own choice boards after explaining why they are valuable in all classrooms. She provided just enough personal stories to be engaging, while tying it all in to what we were learning.

This course would be helpful for novice teachers as well as veteran teachers of all grade levels. The presenter gives excellent examples for all grade levels and all disciplines.
