Description
Differentiation is a vital part of creating lessons that help all students grow, but teachers can get overwhelmed when they think they have to create an individualized lesson plan for each student. Thankfully, there are strategies you can use to differentiate your classroom that require little time and effort. One of them is creating a choice board.
Educator Jen Molitor says that by using a choice board to offer your students a variety of exercises and activities to complete, you are helping differentiate your lessons in a way that benefits each student.
After completing this one-hour course, you’ll be able to:
- Identify key components in the design and creation of a purposeful choice board
- Determine the purpose of your choice board
- Design and create a choice board that you can start using in your classroom today

I think this was a good course, but it could be shorter. There was a lot of extra story-telling that could be cut out. More examples, explanations, and templates would be better to accompany the course as well.

This did not help me at all. It tells you why to create a choice board a little, but the majority is the speaker telling stories not related. This could have been a 10 minute video.
