Differentiation is a vital part of creating lessons that help all students grow, but teachers can get overwhelmed when they think they have to create an individualized lesson plan for each student. Presenter Bio

Jen Molitor’s ability to instantly connect with educators, administrators, parents, and students has led her to be a sought-after speaker in both the field of gifted education and teacher leadership. With 17 years in education, she has experience in grades K-5 and now serves as a Gifted Intervention Specialist and Instructional Coach at Clinton-Massie Elementary, a small, rural school in Clarksville, Ohio. She has the amazing ability to shift perspective from the overwhelm of state mandates to the fire within you that keeps you going. She reminds you that you still have power in the classroom to teach from your heart, to teach with the talents you already possess, and to see the gifts every day brings. She’s on a mission to change the face of education, so that great teachers will stay in the field of education and become mentors to the up and coming teachers of a new generation.

This is a very goo course that explains the importance of choice boards. I would like to see more examples of choice boards for the lower grades that could be used in language arts and the core subject areas. It would be nice to be directed to some resources in Spanish or English that has ready made choice that could be modified or change to fit our students,
