Description
In this video, you will learn about the following key elements of leading from behind:
- Designing learning and growth experiences for teachers similarly to how they are designed for students, in ways that respect teachers as individuals
- Learning about how your teachers teach and how their classrooms function by occasionally substituting for them in the classroom
- Helping teachers implement professional development initiatives through regular, informal check-ins, a practice Dr. Juntune refers to as “hall-wandering behavior”
