I have been teaching in a high poverty district for 23 years and I found this information extremely informative. It provided many ways for me to increase all of my students’ academics by doing simple activities. This training has opened my eyes to the perception of some of my students and what I can do to assist them in the classroom.

It was very informative and I will be using the different approaches Dr. Juntune used in her training; including the self-contained looping to increase stability in student learning. Mindsketching is a tool that I will use to build by students’ vocabulary skills and language.
