Ms. Juntune is engaging using personal anecdotes to present the material. The material is cohesive manner and she provides plenty of useful print outs and generally keeps the class moving. Sometimes the anecdotes and reflection questions are annoying as they slow the class down but I known those are also excellent tools for creating connections which cement the material in our brains. It was disappointing to see how many students glossed over the reflection answers rather than taking the time to truly reflect and answer at a deeper level.
