I think it would be great to have more handouts and examples of differentiated learning plans for us to read.

I loved this course. I spent a whole day working on it and it held my interest. She is funny and give real life examples and ideas that I can use in my 3rd grade classroom. It got me thinking about the next school year and how I will address meeting the needs of gifted kids in my class. I really did know how to tell a high achieving student from a gifted student.I have a student that I have been trying to figure out all year. Her brother is gifted for sure but her parents wanted her to be gifted too but it was not as clear cut for her.

It is long but give very interesting information.

The only problem is that it teaches in a style that is for average or high achievers and leaves teachers who grew up as “gifted” learners to sit through something they struggle with.
