I learned a lot about the nature of a GT students which is a topic that is often overlooked because of the stigma that comes with being GT.

I really encourage it and think it should be required for all new teachers to take.

Good info. Sometimes difficult to implement with a class size of 40. There are probably not more than 2 gifted students and it is hard for them not to be isolated when accelerated.

This course has good content but is slightly dated and there is other content and examples that would be beneficial for teachers.
Maria Elena – VALLEY VIEW ISD PHARR – REGION 01 (verified owner) –
Excellent course. I learned a lot. One thing that stuck was the fact that gifted and talented children that are raised in poverty are not identified enough.
