120 reviews for An Overview of Student Learning Objectives

  1. Nora – PHARR-SAN JUAN-ALAMO ISD (verified owner)

Gives a good guideline to focus when creating SLOs

  2. TOMASA – SAN FELIPE-DEL RIO CISD (verified owner)

I think this course can be rated with 5 stars. It was beneficial.

  3. Jennifer – WACO ISD (verified owner)

    Very informative.

  4. Patricia – HUMBLE ISD (verified owner)

I disagree that “What Did I learn?” being a correct answer choice (in the quiz) when the question asked was about Phase 1 (Creating an SLO) process. “What Did I Learn?” was discussed in the course as pertaining to Phase 3. Why would you choose “What did I learn?” in relation to Phase 1 when it is Phase 3 that gives instructors an opportunity to evaluate and reflect over the SLO process? Bad question (which kept me from getting a 100 on the quiz). When things like this happen, I have to admit it leaves a bad taste in my mouth (figuratively speaking) and makes me question the test writer.

  5. Janine – Alief ISD (verified owner)

    4 stars
I would like to see some examples of SLOs embedded. It’s too abstract just giving the other information.

  6. Jessica – Alief ISD (verified owner)

    nice

  7. Kevin – Alief ISD (verified owner)

A good overview of what a SLO is.

  8. Jhenssy – Alief ISD (verified owner)

The course had important information about the purpose of the learning objectives, and the process to create them.

  9. Natalie – Alief ISD (verified owner)

    helpful

  10. Lizbeth – Alief ISD (verified owner)

This course is very informative, and I feel confident on the process of the SLO.
