That doesn’t have to be the case when you have tools specific to assessing gifted classes. Lisa Van Gemert uses her experience evaluating G/T strategies in the classroom to offer a fresh look at assessments.

In this 1-hour course, you will learn to:

159 reviews for Assessing GT Strategies – An Administrator’s Guide

  1. Phillip – MCALLEN ISD (verified owner)

Very redundant and repetitive could have been shortened.

  2. Martha – LAREDO ISD (verified owner)

Course is relevant to my specific needs and with instructional practices

  3. Misty – PROSPER ISD (verified owner)

I love that she was an administrator and gave advice on what to do as an administrator.

  4. Amanda – SCHERTZ-CIBOLO-U CITY ISD (verified owner)

This course is definitely mislabeled as G/T. This is entirely about assessing teachers as an admin. I hoped strategies would cross over, but it got more and more specific.

  5. Latrisha – MANOR ISD (verified owner)

I think this course is mislabeled. Specifically, not for GT. However, great information for administrators!

  6. Erin – MORTON ISD (verified owner)

I liked learning about what administrators should be focusing on when going into the classroom.

  7. Erin – Private Pay (verified owner)

A good opportunity to think about how to support teachers with a strength-based approach.

  8. Sandra – LAREDO ISD (verified owner)

It was a good course with useful information

  9. Jeff – BETHEL-TATE LOCAL (verified owner)

    Informative & gave good strategies.

  10. Sarah – BEAUMONT ISD (verified owner)

    Very helpful and eye-opening!
