Description
The United States has had over 1,300 school shootings since 1970. Although an attack is intimidating and frightening, there are many steps that can be taken to destabilize the attacker and protect those in danger. In this course, participants will explore the lead-up, aftermath, and different aspects of a school shooting, and will outline how schools can create a culture committed to preventing violence on campus.
