In this course, you will learn about AEDs, when an AED should be used, the chain of survival, and what state law has to say about the use of AED equipment.

While this course provides an introductory overview of AED equipment and uses, it does not replace the in-person training required by law for certification.

Properly trained staff and well-maintained, accessible Automated External Defibrillator equipment can be instrumental in saving the lives of students and staff on campus. It worked well to review what the steps for defribrillation. Of course, the machine gives you instructions also. So this training is adequate.
