In order to keep students safe and stay compliant with federal and state laws, it’s important for teachers to understand what sexual harassment is and what their role is in preventing and reporting it.     Due to fact that my employee Sexual Harassment Policy handbook does not list all of the federal and Texas State statutory references, I believe that test question as presented in improperly presented and therefore is unqualified to be used.
