I am very supportive of the encouragement for us, as music teachers, to draw in the multiplicity of facts and similarities from other subjects. Music is so expressive, orderly, evocative, and inclusive of SO MUCH math, art, history, science…..! Music is not just a series of notes. It should be a discovery that includes all aspects of learning and knowledge. Thank you for strongly encouraging us in the directions and, also, for providing titles and resources to help us improve our efforts!
